EPC is committed to providing excellent quality, service and on time delivery to our customers, in turn optimizing their own productivity. We continuously monitor our systems and processes to improve business and organizational performance through our quality management system.

Our testing facilities are a combination of a well-equipped internal laboratory and well trained experienced staff with external technical support to include Coefficient of friction testing and to ensure that all process chemistry is maintained within our defined working parameters.

We operate rigorous continuous process control (including viscosity and temperature) and can offer full documented support including certificates of conformity, PPAP submission to OEMs and international material data sheets (IMDS) for information on our finishes.

Our laboratory is fully equipped with a salt spray testing chamber carrying out testing of parts in accordance with ASTM B117.

EPC also operates state of the art analytical technology including Fischer-scope X ray fluorescence equipment (“XRF machine”) for measuring both thickness and elemental composition of plating and coatings.

We offer ELV, WEEE, RoHS, and reach compliancy and are ISO14001-2015 and ISO 9001-2015 accredited.
