Zinc Flake Coatings

Used largely by the fastener industry, Zinc flake coatings are widespread and utilised within a variety of high-performance applications such as Aerospace, Automotive, Construction and Energy.

When combined with separate processes, the Zinc flake system is distinctly superior to comparable systems.

Zinc flake coatings offer a high corrosion protection structure using combinations of specialised base and topcoats for high performance applications. This is applied using EPC’s trusty dip-spin process.

EPC are licensed applicators of Dorken & Magni systems which is used in all our coatings
