Optimising our equipment

We shut down production at regular intervals in order to invest in servicing our lines to ensure business continuity, quality and 24 hour operation for our customers.

Recently we spent time servicing our dip spin and zinc flake coating lines, and prior to that we focused on pre treatment phosphate and shot blasting equipment as well as our zinc / zinc nickel plant.

This means that everything is in good working order and able to meet the challenge of round the clock production.

Additionally we have refurbished our phosphate pre treatment facility with new hardware and control systems as well as upgrading safety measures on the line.

And finally, we have also increased capacity on our shot blast pre treatment equipment due to growth in demand for these services on home turf and in response to customer need.

This puts the business in great shape for Q4 and beyond.
