Meet our Quality & Technical department

Together Paul & John make up our Quality & Technical department at Electrolytic Plating Company, delivery a friendly and efficient service to our new and existing customers.

Paul has worked at EPC for 34 years, being a favourite in the office due to his kind nature. He first started off in our lacquer shop back in the days when we added a layer of lacquer over our nickel, copper and brass coatings. Since then, things have moved on a great deal and so has Paul.

Paul has incredible technical knowledge on all our finishes – Zinc, Zinc Nickel, Phosphate, Dorken and Magni. His day-to-day duties include quality control, technical paperwork, reporting and customer contact.

On the other hand, our HSQE Manager John has been maintaining health and safety measures throughout the factory for over 11 years. His experience and loyalty are something many members of the team envy. John is a patient, well-mannered individual, with a strong passion for fishing, quizzing and spending quality time with his grandchildren
