Phosphate Line proves its longevity

For those who are not familiar with the Phosphate line, adhesion phosphates can be used as a stand-alone overlay, typically listed as a conversion coating since the process uses metal removal as part of the reaction.

The end surface is a layer of very fine phosphate crystals adhering to the surface of the metal.

In this process we offer a barrel process of zinc grain phosphate on small components suitable for this application, which are required for the automotive, renewable energy, aerospace and construction industries.
