Staff Suggestion Scheme

Staff Suggestion Scheme: EPC has implemented many staff suggestions over the last few years. This encourages the staff to become a core part of the business, sharing their ideas and being rewarded for their involvement.

The Staff Suggestion Scheme brought about one recent suggestion, which involved the cleaning and shop blasting of baskets. Once implemented, this reduced time of deliveries and helped to increase the overall quality of parts.

Another recommendation put forward was introducing a new procedure onto the Zinc Nickel line, enabling for increased efficiency and cost reduction.

Greatly encouraging staff involvement, helps to strengthen the bond between office and factory floor teams. We treasure this relationship with our staff and look to incorporate their suggestions throughout the business to greatly improve work and time efficiency!
