New staff suggestions scheme

EPC has launched a new suggestions scheme to encourage every staff member to feel confident enough to share their ideas on how the business can evolve its quality, productivity, process control and customer care.

Keen to connect the whole team in creating the future of the business, no idea is too big or too small.  Intended to create conversations around key areas and motivate all staff to feel and be involved, everyone is encouraged to participate.

Working together in this way can lead to real commercial results and making a significant difference to the business. All ideas that are implemented will also be rewarded. We look forward to receiving the first batch of ideas!
