Clay Shooting Event

We held our popular clay shooting event for customers, suppliers and friends of EPC last week at Oakedge Shooting Ground in Staffordshire.

It absolutely chucked it down with rain but that didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits (or competitive banter!)

Now in its third year, we had several teams shooting, with expert tuition from the Oakedge tutors. Fuelled by bacon butties, the teams took on five different traps with 6 clays on each (giving each person a total of 30 clays to perfect their performance). Everyone literally gave it their best shot and entered into the spirit of things brilliantly.

Then it was back to the lodge for lunch by the log fire while the team scores were totted up.  Jamie’s team came in 3rd, Sarah’s 2nd and for the second year in a row, Simon’s came first!
