Here at The Electrolytic Plating Company, one of our most used finishes is Zinc Nickel. Typically applied where specifiers want the highest performance with the lowest deposit thickness.

We are licenced applicators of Zinklad 1000 Silver & 1000 Black. Both have remained high performance coatings for automotive applications for over 10 years, delivering corrosion resistant coupled with consistent performance.

Components plated with Zinc-Nickel include fluid transfer tubes, which can be deformed into their required shape after plating, particularly in areas of high corrosion.
