Night shift have their voice heard

No matter how big or small a company’s workforce, key principles such as trust, communication and respect are what separates the more time efficient and cost-effective businesses from the lesser.

We encourage our workforce to share great ideas and one recent suggestion from EPC’s night shift involved the cleaning and shot blasting of baskets. Once implemented this reduced production time and helped to increase the overall quality of our plating.

The staff suggestion scheme is going from strength to strength, encouraging our team to share their ideas and step beyond their day-to-day work with some critical thinking.
