EPC have been running zinc nickel plating lines for the past 20 years. Our facility can handle large volumes of consistently high-quality work destined for many markets, but zinc nickel is particularly loved by the automotive, aerospace and defence industries.

Providing the highest performance at the lowest deposit thickness for certain parts, zinc nickel is highly tolerant – providing mechanical, corrosion and heat resistance as well as high electrical conductivity.

Zinc nickel plating is a highly flexible solution and can adapt to suit many different applications, dependent on customer needs.
